You deserve more than a single lens, our methods provide many ways in.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
This approach understands each of us as made up of many inner “parts.” By listening, valuing, and collaborating with each part we can gently foster a compassionate relationship with ourselves. From this place of inner connection, your essential self can lead with clarity and confidence, guiding the way toward healing, integration, and a deeper sense of wholeness.
Attachment Theory
By exploring the patterns of connection you've experienced throughout your life, we can uncover your style of bonding and make adjustments to cultivate a secure and meaningful relationship to yourself and with others.
Systems Theory
Who we are is shaped by the systems we belong to. Together we can gently trace your social location of power and privilege to understand how problems of inequity and social injustice have contributed to your experiences of adversity and distress. By understanding how cultural norms, family dynamics, and systems of power have shaped your internal patterns you can untangle from external expectations and reconnect with internal authority so you can become more self-led.
Response Based Practice
By highlighting your responses to adversity, not as signs of weakness, but as acts of resistance, we are able to honour your dignity and support a renewed sense of agency, strength, and self-trust.
Somatic Experiencing
By gently tuning into the sensations of your body, you can release stored distress and restore balance—honoring your innate capacity to heal and fostering a deeper sense of safety and presence within yourself.
Harm Reduction Theory
By meeting you where you are, without judgment or pressure, we can explore how to reduce the negative consequences of behaviors that pose risks while respecting your autonomy, honoring your choices, and taking incremental steps toward improved well-being.
